1. Pilot operated pressure reducing valve
The pilot-operated pressure reducing valve changes the flow rate and fluid kinetic energy in the pipeline system by changing the throttling area, resulting in different degrees of pressure loss, and achieves the purpose of reducing the pressure inside the pipeline. Through careful control and adjustment, the internal pressure of the valve The undulation and spring force reach a balance, and finally make the pressure after the valve in the pipeline remain constant within a certain error range.
The pilot-operated pressure reducing valve uses hydraulic working principles to achieve control. The pilot-operated pressure reducing valve is used as a component of partial pressure change adjustment and throttling. By adjusting the inlet pressure, it is reduced to a certain set outlet pressure range, and then relying on the energy of the medium itself, the outlet pressure is automatically kept stable valve.

2. Proportional pressure reducing valve
Proportional pressure reducing valve is a pressure reducing valve that controls the pressure behind the valve according to a numerical ratio. The ratio of the pressure before the valve to the pressure after the valve is 2:1, 3:1, etc. The pressure behind the valve changes with the change of the pressure in front of the valve. The pressure behind the valve does not remain constant, but maintains a certain ratio to the pressure in front of the valve. When the pressure in front of the valve increases, the pressure behind the valve increases proportionally. When the pressure in front of the valve decreases, the pressure behind the valve decreases in proportion to keep the pressure ratio between the inlet and outlet of the pressure reducing valve unchanged.
